Tenders are hereby invited on each tender number as per the decision of the Tender Board for the
sale of 400 Eucalyptus trees in Midland State Plantation and 100 Eucalyptus Trees in Opalgala
State Plantation governed by the Sri Lanka State Plantations Corporation, to be removed under the
Forest Management Plan. Tender documents inclusive of tender conditions and tender forms for the
submission of quotations can be obtained from the Head Offi ce of the Sri Lanka State Plantations
Corporation on payment of Rupees 2,000.00 from 19.11.2025 up to 2.00 p.m. on 03.12.2025.
Tenders will be opened immediately after closure of acceptance at the Head Offi ce in Colombo.
Tenders should be submitted before 2.00 p.m. on 03.12.2025 within 07 days on award of the Tender
to the successful tenderer, full amount should be paid and all the tenders of the tenderers who fail to
do so will be cancelled.
Tenders will not be issued after 2.00 p.m. on 03.12.2025 on any reason and the right of acceptance
or rejection of a quotation or part thereof rests with Procurement Board of the Sri Lanka State
Plantations Corporation and the decision is fi nal and binding
