A Milestone in Strengthening Administrative Excellence at SLSPC
Today marked a significant milestone for the Sri Lanka State Plantations Corporation (SLSPC) as the Top Management and Administrative Officers representing all plantations gathered at the Head Office Board Room for a first-ever Administrative Conference.
The conference, held under the visionary direction and guidance of our Chairman, Dr. Sisira Ranatunga, and the leadership of our General Manager, Mr. Nishantha Jinasena, proved to be highly successful.
It provided a valuable platform to openly discuss long-standing administrative and operational challenges, with many key issues being effectively resolved through constructive dialogue and collective decision-making.
The overwhelmingly positive feedback received from the participants reflects the importance of such collaborative engagements.
Administrative Officers expressed their sincere appreciation to the Management for organizing this timely initiative, noting that it enabled practical solutions to issues that had remained unresolved for a considerable period.
