Quotations are called for leasing out 03 building sections
eligible to be used for business purposes which are belonging
to the Head Offi ce of Sri Lanka State Plantations Corporation
It has been decided to lease out 03 separately located building sections belonging to
our institution situated at No. 257, Siridhamma Mawatha, Colombo 10 for a period
of 02 years.
Applicants wishing to use these buildings for business activities may submit
quotations for this and tender documents comprising forms for submitting quotations
may be obtained from the Head Offi ce of Sri Lanka State Plantations Corporation
from 22.05.2025 up to 2.00 p.m. on 05.06.2025 upon payment of Rs. 500/=. Tender
documents should be sent to reach before 2.00 p.m. on 05.06.2025 by registered post
or deposited in the tender box kept at the Head Offi ce of Sri Lanka State Plantations
Corporation. “Calling of quotations for leasing out 03 building sections”
should be clearly mentioned at the top left corner of envelopes enclosing quotations.
Acceptance of quotations will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on 05.06.2025 and opened
immediately thereafter at the closing in the presence of Tender Opening Committee
and bidder or one of his representatives may participate at the bid opening. Also, the
Corporation will not be responsible for quotations received after due time.
Procurement Board of the Sri Lanka State Plantations Corporation reserves the right
to accept or reject or to cancel any quotation or part of a quotation and deemed fi nal.
