Sale of Cinnamon Cultivation as Cinnamon Stick Kilos in
Walahanduwa Estate, Galle

Sealed bids are invited from qualified buyers for the sale of cinnamon sticks for a 7-acre cinnamon plantation
located in Field Nos. 05 and 05A of the Walahanduwa Estate, Galle, owned by the Sri Lanka State Plantations
Corporation.
Bids should be submitted upon making a site visit and indicating the price for a kilo of cinnamon sticks.
Tender documents can be obtained from the Head Office of the Sri Lanka State Plantations Corporation or the
Walahanduwa Estate Office up to 3.30 pm on 21st July 2026. The tender document fee is Rs. 1,000.00 and the
refundable bid security is Rs. 10,000.00.
Sealed bids should be delivered by registered post or hand delivered to the Sri Lanka State Plantations
Corporation, No. 257, Siridhamma Mawatha, Colombo 10 at or before 2.00 p.m. on 22nd July 2026.
Bids received after the specified time will be rejected. Bids will be opened at the Head Office on that day at
2.00 p.m. and the bidder or his/her authorized representative may attend the opening.
The Tender Committee of the Sri Lanka State Plantations Corporation reserves the full right to accept any bid
or part thereof, reject or cancel or to amend as necessary and the decision will be final.
